Process High lights:
Draw moly and tungsten wires from 1mm to 14 micron.
The RM is imported from Top Slot corporations: GE, OSRAM SYLVANIA, OSRAM GmbH, / Acheson (Netherlands).
Wire drawn under controlled parameters on production line and machines continuously updated by:
· Latest PID Temperature controllers.
· DC Motors and Auto Tension Controllers.
· Swiss Metler balances
· Imported Tehsil Testing machine.
COIL DIVISION:
· Filaments for GLS Lamps & Tube Light lamps.
· Filaments for CFL and Halogen Lamps.
· “J” type Halogen filaments for 150, 200, 500, 1000 Watt in S.C. and C.C.
· Filaments for Automobile markets.
· Filaments for Railway lighting.
· Filaments for High wattage lamps.
LEAD IN WIRE:
We offer 2 part and 3 part leading wire.
We are manufacturing lead wire for night decorative lamps, GLS lamps & High voltage lamps.
We are also manufacturing stamping lead wire and sodium mercury vapour lamps.
AFPL – Filament division.
The company is having a separate division for filament division and the manufacturing facility conforms to International standards.
Falma (Swiss) & Tungsram (Hungarian) machines in the plant are run on precise parameters and constantly checked for pitch accuracy.
The annealers are PC controlled and cutting machines are latest Laser Sensing Falma Automatic machines.
Lead wire in processed under expert technical guidance with Gas welding & electric welding.
The raw material is duly checked in in-house and processed for manufacturing.
