LATE SHRI KEDAR NATH AGRAWAL (Kolkata based), successful Traders and Marketing experts of all types of electrical/lighting goods and components conceived an idea , after gaining long valuable experience in the field of marketing, to establish an Industrial unit in the State of Madhya Pradesh for manufacturing electrical/lighting quality products. To materialize his dream, he along with his son SHRI SURENDRA KUMAR AGRAWAL floated a Private Limited Company Vise ARYA FILAMENTS PVT LIMITED, incorporated on 10th June 1991. After acquiring a piece of land admeasuring 15990 sq.mtrs on long lease at the Industrial Area, Sector -1, Pithampur, Dist ; Dhar (M.P.) from M.P.Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (I) Ltd., established the Industrial Unit. Initially, on 10th March 1993, started the production of Molybdenum Fine Wire drawing and manufacture of Tungsten Filaments with a plant capacity of Tungsten Wire drawing 2400 Kgs. P/A, Molybdenum wire drawing 2100 Kgs. P/A and Tungsten Filaments 300 Lacs nos. P/A. After successful running of the plant for 7 years and establishing quality products in the competitive market. The company not only doubled the production capacity of Tungsten Filaments from 300 Kgs. To 600 Kgs P/A but also put another plant in the same campus for the manufacture of Electric Lamps and Tubes with a capacity of 172 Lacs nos. P/A and started production from 27.03.2000. The company further went ahead and started manufacturing of Electric Fittings and structurals and HID Lamps on 25.08.2004 and 27.06.2005, respectively, with a plant capacity of 50000 nos P/A each. |
